Top Ten Ways to Improve Your Authority – David Busch of Keystone Alliance Consulting, Inc. will explore various methods for improving your Authority from financial planning to communication and training.  Municipal Authorities work 24/7, 365 days a year to provide quality service at an affordable price while dealing with unfunded mandates, aging infrastructure, limited resources and a public that often does not realize the problems and difficulties associated with providing that service.

To keep up it is necessary to stay ahead.  This means that Authorities need to work every day to improve.  It is easy to become overwhelmed by this task, so this presentation will help to give focus to Board members, Authority staff and professionals.

Pennsylvania Water Resources Panel – Representatives of the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC), Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC), DEP Water Management Office, and the PA Fish & Boat Commission will participate in the water resources panel presentation.  Discussion will include important water and wastewater issues facing Pennsylvania today, such as impacts to water quality, fish and aquatic life, public health.
