The program pairs mentors (experienced industry leaders) with mentees (those new to the industry) to interact and engage on topics of interest. Participants include board members, administrators, operators, engineers, and professional service providers. The program begins with a kickoff in January. One-on-one interactions are scheduled with a different mentor-mentee pairing each quarter of the year with additional opportunities available.
