David A. Carlson (Dave) is a multi-faceted entrepreneurial-focused brand and business builder. He is currently a Business Coach/Senior Director with ThistleSea Business Development, where he works with business owners and executives to improve the value of their business, company, and quality of life. He also drives business and market development initiatives for clients through his consulting practice, DCRS Associates, LLC. In addition, he, and his wife support military personnel through the operation of Patriot Provisions Gives Back, a beef jerky and smokies snack company that donates its sales proceeds to the Special Forces Foundation in Colorado Springs.
Dave is currently a Board member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of Legatus (an international organization of business owners and executives). He is also active in his local community holding leadership positions in a community beautification group and on a municipal authority board. He earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from UCLA and a Master of Public Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
