The Pennsylvania Department of Envrionmental Protection (DEP) is hosting a webinar on pre-draft proposed amendments to PA Safe Drinking Water regulations.

The webinar is on December 8th at 10:00 AM to announce pre-draft proposed revisions to Pennsylvania’s Chapter 109 Safe Drinking Water regulation and obtain early stakeholder input. The proposed revisions include new annual water system fees and amends existing permit fees that impact all public water systems. DEP will also discuss revisions concerning source water protection, turbidity performance requirements, permit requirements, design standards, and water system resiliency.  
 
The revisions were presented to the Technical Assistance Center Board for Small Water Systems (TAC) on November 14, 2016, which you may review at the TAC website.
