Commonwealth Financing Authority: COVID-19 ARPA PA Small Water & Sewer (Funding Source: American Rescue Plan Act Funding)

Who May Apply: Municipalities or municipal authorities.

Use: To assist with the construction, improvement, expansion, or rehabilitation or repair of a water supply system, sanitary sewer system, and stormwater system projects.

Funds: Eligible projects are those which have a total project cost of not less than $30,000 and not more than $500,000.

Who May Apply: Municipalities or municipal authorities.

Use: To assist with the construction of drinking water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater projects.

Funds: A minimum of $500,000 or more and a maximum of $20,000,000 for any project.
