A friendly reminder of a few housekeeping items:

How do I access and view recordings of sessions from the conference?

Your virtual conference registration includes access to all educational session recordings after the conclusion of the event. Simply log into the conference portal and access the sessions you wish to view.

As an attendee, how do I access my certificate and credits for attending the conference?

For the sessions you completed by answering the pop-up check-in surveys, you will receive a certificate through the platform.

Follow the steps below:

• From the “Lobby” page, you will see “Account” on the left side in the list of pages. Click “Account.

• Next, on the right-side panel beginning with “Change Password,” scroll down to see “Attendee Certificate” and follow the prompts.

• Request a certificate of attendance on the sessions you attended. Certificates are only awarded to sessions you viewed during the live event held November 16 – 18, 2021.

Please use the login credentials you used previously to access the virtual conference portal.
